And Discretion
You are thinking about telling two strangers where you live, who is in your house, and what you are afraid of. That is a reasonable thing to hesitate over. Here is exactly what happens to it.
Two People Read It. Nobody Else.
Inquiries from this site go to Sufian Rahim and David Parrish and to nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade anything you send us. There is no marketing list — if you write to us, you get an answer from one of us, not a sequence of emails from software.
We do not name clients. We do not publish a household, an address, a photograph of your home or the name of your dog without asking you first and getting a yes in writing. If you would rather we never mentioned that you bought a dog at all, say so and that is the end of it — you do not need a reason.
What We Ask For, And Why
- Your name
- So we know who we are talking to.
- Where you are
- Because delivery, climate and your local rules all depend on it.
- Your email address
- So we can reply.
- Your phone number
- Optional. Given only if you would rather we called.
- Which program you are asking about
- So the right one of us answers.
- What you tell us about your household
- Whatever you choose to write. Most people describe their family, their property and what worries them. You decide how much of that to put in a web form, and you are welcome to keep it short and say the rest on a call.
The form is protected against automated abuse, which means a submission is checked before it reaches us. Nothing about that check is stored.
This Page Notices When You Tap The Phone Number
When you press the phone number, the email address or one of our social links, this site sends us a short notification so we know an inquiry is probably coming. We think you should know that rather than find out. Here is everything in it:
- Which button you pressed
- Whether it was the phone number, the email address, or a link to one of our social profiles.
- The page you pressed it on
- Restricted to pages on this site. Nothing else is recorded, and the address you arrived from is never turned into a clickable link in the notification.
- The time
- In UTC.
- An approximate location and IP address
- Supplied by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, from the network you are on. It resolves to a city and region, not an address, and it is often wrong by some distance if you are on a mobile network or a VPN.
It is an email to us, not a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no third-party analytics, no cross-site tracking and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to — we do not set advertising or tracking cookies at all. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
If You Leave Your Email At The End Of A Guide
It goes to the same two people, in the same inbox, as everything else. We record the address and which guide you were reading, and nothing else — no name, no behaviour, no profile. There is no automated sequence: when we write something worth reading you get one email, and that is the whole system.
Reply to any of it and ask to come off, and you come off. You do not need a reason and you will not get a follow-up asking for one.
The Companies That Touch It On The Way
This site is hosted by Netlify, which serves the pages and supplies the approximate location described above. Email is sent through Resend, which delivers the notification to us and the receipt to you. Those two companies handle the data in transit because they have to for any of it to work. Nobody else receives it.
Our mailbox is an ordinary business mailbox, and an inquiry lives in it the way any email does. If we place a dog with you we keep a file — what we discussed, what we matched you to, the dog’s health and training records — because you will want us to have it in three years when you call about something. If you do not buy, there is no reason for us to keep anything, and we will delete it if you ask.
Ask Us To Delete It And We Will
Email info@superiorprotectiondogs.com or call (945) 900-1540 and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We are two people and a spreadsheet, not a data department — there is no form for this and no waiting period.
If you would rather not put any of it in writing at all, do not use the form. Call instead. That is a completely normal way to start this conversation and it is how a good number of them start.
You Can Ask Anything Before You Tell Us Anything
You are welcome to call and ask questions without giving us your name. If it turns into something, we will need the details eventually — but not to have a first conversation. If you want to know what we would even ask you, that is written out in should you actually buy a protection dog.
