Most of this clip is a dog being held back, not a dog biting. The first thirteen seconds show it pulling and rearing against the handler’s hands; the rest shows the arrival, and nothing of the way out.

For the first thirteen seconds the camera is on a handler bent over a black dog, the dog between his legs and his hands at its collar and chest, while it strains forward and, in several frames, rears up against his hands with its mouth open. The decoy never appears during the hold, so the clip cannot tell you what the dog is looking at. Once let go it crosses open grass and is on the decoy by 0:15. No out appears anywhere in the footage, so ask to see one, called while the decoy keeps fighting.
